Within the heart of the Shala, we offer Yoga OM certificate programs designed to support personal inquiry, professional growth, and community well-being. Each program is held with care, intention, and respect for the individual journey.
These offerings are available exclusively to members, with enrollment conversations taking place in the Shala after class or session, allowing space for reflection, questions, and alignment.

Each program is curated to remain intimate, supportive, and grounded in the living tradition of yoga.
Member consultations for program exploration and possible enrollment are offered in the Shala after class or session.
Beginners Series
Foundation of Ashtanga Yoga
A gentle and grounded introduction to the Ashtanga yoga method, offered in a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment.
Over six weeks, members explore:
Breath and movement (Vinyasa)
Meditative gazing (Drishti)
Internal energy locks (Bandha)
Practiced together as Tristhana, these elements transform physical movement into a steady, moving meditation.
Members are guided through the initial sequence of postures with accessible variations as needed. The course also introduces the philosophy of the Ashtanga method and the Mysore style of learning, allowing practice to unfold with clarity and confidence.
Upon completion:
Members will be prepared to Led Half Primary or Mysore classes.

Total Sessions: 6
Day & Time: Fridays at 7:30 PM
Duration: 30โ75 minutes
Format: Private, member-exclusive groups
Minimum Participants: 20
Consultations for participation are held in the Shala after class or session.
