No prior yoga experience is required — beginners are warmly welcomed.
Ready to commit?
New students are encouraged to begin with the Three-Month Membership to establish a strong and sustainable foundation.
What to wear?
Please wear comfortable, seasonally appropriate practice clothing that allows for ease of movement.
Beginner students can also consider attending an Intro Course/special service offerings that we run twice annually.
Shala ETIQUETTE
To support a focused, respectful, and peaceful practice space, please observe the following:
Please arrive 10 minutes before your assigned membership class time.
Enter and exit quietly; kindly avoid slamming doors. Late entry is not permitted.
No loud speaking inside the studio—please keep voices soft and minimal.
Enter mindfully. Place all belongings outside the practice space (no water bottles, phones, socks, or accessories inside).
Set up your mat quietly and fill the room from the front, aligning your mat with others.
In a Mysore setting, please step to the back of the room for your finishing sequence.
For Led Classes, arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
This is a mobile-free space.
Please shower before practice and avoid heavy fragrances.
Bring your own mat, rug, and a small hand towel (used by assistants during adjustments).
Please ensure the space around your mat is clean and sweat-free when you leave.
You are responsible for keeping your mat clean—please take it home regularly for thorough cleaning.
