The Workshop is three sessions:

Saturday 10AM-11:30 AM Full Led Primary 

Challenge your body and awaken your spirit. The Ashtanga Yoga full guided class is a vibrant flowing sequence that will help you find the strength that is deep within.

Saturday 1PM-3PM  The 8 Limbs of Yoga

Join Shanna for a lively, fun, interactive dissuasion on the science of Ashtanga. You will leave with an understanding of how to apply the science of Ashtanga Yoga to your life off the mat.

Sunday 8-10AM Backbend Love

Backbends are here to awaken us. Traditionally, they are used to help awaken Kundalini energy which can lead to enlightenment. In our modern world, they undo the daily strain to our bodies caused by sitting, hunching over computers and phones, and carrying children on our hips. They give us energy for our busy lives.  This workshop will give you the techniques for safe and effective backbending.

$120 For all Three or $50 each
