  • Beginners
    This is a basics class series for beginners new to yoga. It helps with basic foundations to start yoga.

  •  iLaugh – Laughter Yoga Hasayayoga (Laughter Yoga) – Hasaya (Laughter) yoga in abundance with Will Power (pre core yoga) this session is a great core & heart health combination, it’s done with eye contact and playfulness between participants. Forced laughter soon turns into real and contagious laughter. Laughter yoga does not involve humor or comedy scientific studies have indicated that Laughter Yoga may potentially have some medically beneficial effects, including benefits to cardiovascular health and mood. Benefits to mood in depressed patients have been found to be as good as core exercise therapy. (Great For Beginner Core)
  • Heated Power Core 
    Energetically Hot! This class is core sclupt , muscle strengthening and energetically work to boost self confidence and encourage participants to work at their individual cardio/fitness levels. Great for beginners!
    Class level changes with the progress of members.
  • Yang iEndurance
    Yang (powerful yoga class) this practice is for an endurance , or to supplement your regular cardio routine.the asanas to strengthen muscle groups and build better balance + flexibility. Designed based on earth, air, fire and water elements.

    Yang Yoga Heated & Yang Yoga is a system designed to create strength balance on (physical, energetic, emotional, psychological, intellectual, bliss and karmic layers) using the three main threads of yoga connecting the body, breath, and mind. The asanas(poses), vinyasas, breathing techniques and turns on the mat, are creatively sequenced.
  • iFoucs – Hatha
    This session is a Hatha; it uses postures (asana) and conscious breathing (Pranayama) in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength (Thought Dancing/ shaking the body), and flexibility, and relaxation. Through proper alignment and mindful actions of the body, Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength and a sense of well-being to the practitioner.
  • Vinyasa All Levels
    Vinyasa Flow – is accessible to all levels that includes expecting mothers. There is a primary focus on hip opening, gentle lunging and twisting.
  • Heated Candlelight Deep Stretch
    This session designed for students of all ages who cannot participate in traditional Yoga classes because of stiffness, muscle recovery, inflexibility, or joint immobility. This session is great for all physiques, yogi levels and athlete. It focuses on deeply stretching the body at a very slow pace.
  • Yin Restorative 
    Yin benefits the physical body by freeing up the tight connective tissue capsules that form around the muscles and joints. As the body ages this tightening increases creating limited mobility. This physical aging is not just due to natural aging but lack of addressing the tissues that are responsible for maintain the agility of the joints. enormously healing for the entire wellbeing. The long holds in a single still Yin posture becomes a time of inner reflection, meditation and peace.
  • Meditation & Chanting 
    Come to Meditation to experiencing the true you and reach to your inner self. Learn and live upon practices which genuine growth has been since time immemorial. Rotated meditation agenda designed for each class needs.
    Chanting OM by combining sound, breath and rhythm, meditation channeling the flow of energy through the mind-body circuit, adjusting the chemical composition of our internal states and regulating brain-hemisphere imbalances, contributing to a natural abatement of fear and despair–emotions that underlie both of these common afflictions focusing on the throat. By balancing the nervous system, chanting regulates the chronic stress, tension and strengthen.

  • Community (Donation Class) 
    This class is designed to help Feeling uplifted and light. Preventing negative energy to accumulate in your aura/energy field and then penetrate into the physical body. Clearing past imprints, raptures, holes that are present in your aura/energy field from childhood and even earlier than that. Uses holistic approach and smudging techniques with final relaxation & restoration all in the session. Suggested donation : minimum $10/ Class
  • R & R: (Relax and Release)
    Relax and Release Class is open for all no, attire required but comfortable clothing is preferred. Practicing self-care as a very important way for health and wellness. If you injured yourself through poor use of body mechanics or physical exhaustion, the effect on your work,friends and family could be devastating. A healthy self-care routine allows you to take on the demanding yet satisfying work/life required of your expertise.
  • Pre – Postnatal YO (Privet)
    Pre-Postnatal yoga is a welcoming, compassionate class for women at any point in their pregnancy. No prior yoga experience is needed for this restorative, relaxing and nourishing way to reduce common pregnancy discomfort and connect with your growing baby. This class consider the particular needs of the perinatal woman breathing and alignments. Do wear comfortable, moveable clothes.
  • Baby & Me 
    Right after the kids class a 45mins class offered for (8 weeks to 3yrs) are a fun way to reconnect with your body while enjoying time with your baby. Baby & Me Yoga will help carry you smoothly through the busy early months of caring for a new baby.
  • Youth class (17 & under)
    Yoga for Youth merges yoga exercises and mindfulness techniques for youth. Developed by hearted team of the peacemakers made this a possibilities to exchange wisdom, share good times, and lay the foundation for a lifelong practice & flexibility. The program integrates a series of movements, breathing techniques and practices that facilitate inner calm, positive attitude and a strong, healthy body. Practicing just two times per week cultivates body awareness, flexibility, concentration, stress reduction and self-expression.
